Replaced flapper.Replaced urinal flush valve diaphragm, O-ring, handle, bushing and vacuum breaker kit.

Company agrees to remove section of wood cut out old cast iron 3" pipe and install new 3" PVC from connection to upstairs apt to pull and reset toilet with new flange connection. Company is not responsible for repairs on any drywall or wood that will need to be removed during the process. Rebuilt m/b toilet with fill valve, flush valve, flapper, tank to bowl and a supply line. Pull and reset toilet, ran 70' of 7/8 cable through flange and pulled excessive paper towels and tampons.
