Company agrees to remove section of wood cut out old cast iron 3" pipe and install new 3" PVC from connection to upstairs apt to pull and reset toilet with new flange connection. Company is not responsible for repairs on any drywall or wood that will need to be removed during the process. Rebuilt m/b toilet with fill valve, flush valve, flapper, tank to bowl and a supply line. Pull and reset toilet, ran 70' of 7/8 cable through flange and pulled excessive paper towels and tampons. Replace fill valve and supply line for 2nd floor hall bath. Install new water service shut off valve in building. Re-pipe supply of 3/4 PVC in building overhead. Turned off water to the building. Extended supply for flush valve in men's room in order to have flush valve line up correctly with toilet set in correct position .Also replaced diaphragm for flush valve. Replaced flush valve in women's room. It was leaking on threads of flush valve. Clear stoppage in bath tub pulled back hair. Un-jammed and reset garbage disposer. Set three toilet, ped lav, caulked around all fixtures. Had to remove faucet on lav to cut copper supply and extend with poly. Re-hooked hose's one washer machine and ice make line. Installed new slip in flange with sprayers new wax ring. Reset toilet, caulked around toilet. Building 7 install two ball valves shut off to building.

2 3/4 ball valve 90's, 2 couplers 3/4x 1" reducer. 1" coupler, 2' pipe 3/4, 6" 1" pipe. Pro-press. Replace fill valve and vacuum breaker for kohler pressure assisted toilet with sloan valve. Large evolution dehumidifier. Santana SX turbo dryer. Equipment discount or 1 day. 2600 un-smoke fogger: deodorize affected areas. Removal of wet carpet. Removal of wet padding. Removal of VCT flooring. Cabinet/wall venting.

Remove and reinstall doors. Dump fee: disposal of waste material. Furniture manipulation. kitchen sink stoppage. Ran Gabe's mini jetter through cleanout. Cleared. Stoppage is full of grease. Cleared and tested A-OK. company trouble shoot stoppage in line. Checked drain line cast iron and customer has had drain issues before. Recommend whole house to be jetted. Customer agreed with warranty.

Job was performed and located cleanout. Recommend that sewer be replaced in future. Hose bib is leaking. Repairs to top of old with new handle and washer. Toilet runs constantly. Fill valve is broken. Replaced customer supplied fill valve. Two toilets are not working properly. Need to rebuild two toilets. Two miner toilet tank rebuilds.

Expose pipes behind wall in master bath shower by cutting through tiled shower near floor. Water lines seem OK. Leak caused by deteriorated shower pan. Exposing wall and leak detection.

Cleared metal cap out of main line with hand auger. Hand augured toilet dissembled valve pulled and saw no problem. Installed new sloan repair kit to valve to enhance flush pan. Seal did not show any sign of being bad. Flange looked worn out but was still in good condition not to cause any problem. Toilet is old and needs to be replaced. Line stopped up in men's urinal. Ran diagnostic check and found large amounts of urine crystals.

Recommend a building drain repair. Ran 40' of 7/8 cable through c/o towards house and cleared stoppage. Ran camera through c/o from c/o 20 of building drain has a major belly in sewer. Recommend repairing immediately if not there will be more stoppages. Installed customer furnished fill valve. Replaced flush valve, vacuum breaker, handle, kit and O-ring for sloan valve on women's room handicap stall toilet.

Ran 2" drain for kitchen sink and laundry along wall and into septic tank. Run hot/cold supply lines for laundry with new hose bib. Ran cable down through all three floor drains. Finally was able to clear after third floor drain cabled out about 80'. Ran several out and back in several times while flushing out drainage with extremely hot water.

Broken water line copper. Broken water pipe in floor copper 3/4 Propress 3' piece copper , 1 coupler. Cabled main through closet flange. Removed toilet and camera line. Line is cleared at this time. Toilet is leaking. Caulked around toilet.

Replaced stems, seats, handles, flanges, flange sleeve, shower arm, and flange on 2 handle Gerber shower valve. Installation/ Repairs of drain field. Install 500 sq. ft. of infiltrator drain field which includes labor, materials, and tractor fee. Install 1050 gal. septic tank. Install dosing tank, sump pump and high water alarm. Septic sand and sod as required.

Septic Pump out. Needs lid replaced only. Pump out of residential grease trap. Good condition. Pulled toilet to cable lines and camera inspected the lines. Reset toilet and install new wax ring. Found scale in line on video inspection there was no debris in lines.

Jetting and camera work. Line is backing up into bath tubs. Ran line with Spartan 100 machine to possibly clear stoppage. Run video and inspect the line to verify if the line is clear.

Jet the main line from cleanout and ran a secondary video inspection to ensure that the line is clear. Drain stoppage. Cabled 100' with Spartan 100. Cleared the stoppage. Ran 5 sinks full of water and nothing backed up. Replaced flapper seal in women's bath toilet. Checked other toilet and lav and drain works fine. Cabled floor drain behind bar and cleared stoppage need to jet lines for entire restaurant.

Cracked toilet flange. Cut out bad toilet flange. Installed new toilet flange with 3" coupling. Reset toilet with new wax ring, nuts and bolts. Replaced fill valve and supply hose for toilet. Leak under kitchen sink and at faucet. Replaced section of tubular kitchen sink drainage. Also replaced plastic washers with new ones. Replaced faucet aerator with new chrome aerator.

Called out on emergency stacks. Upon arrival toilet water level had subsided. I shut off valve and flushed toilet and the flush cleared the blockage. Service call charge with no additional charges. Initial problem was in the ladies room stall on the right as facing them.

Cabled through men's room toilet, opened blockage; flushing well. Leaking @ valve. Closet valve on same toilet leaking and in need of replacement. Added several fillings of 24" of pipe to extract drainage pipes to floor drains. Kitchen floor drain new flowing well. Shut off valve to leaking supply line. Unhooked supply line. replaced basket cover and repair supply line. Extended drain line to floor drain.

Installed indirect drain line from a previously abandoned warming sink and piped to floor drain. MLS. Hall bath only. Augured from vent in hall bath and it tested OK. Camera inspected line and found sewer was in good condition. Pressure valve is leaking. Replaced 1/2 copper tee and pressure relief valve on inlet to house.

Auger from cleanout and pulled paper. Camera inspected sewer and found roots. MLS Auger from city c/o and could not find c/o. Auger from c/o 60' to clear and pulled nothing back. Rebuilt toilet and connected tank back to bowl.

Cabled out 100' and still holding water. Pulled toilet for access to line. Line must be jetted to open drain. Camera inspection of line to locate cause of blockage to follow jetting process once line is cleared. Cleared line with Harban techniques hydro jet. Camera revealed no problematic areas with length of 120' from downstream ladies toilet flange.

Installed new water line for dog tub and installed new drain line with studor vent. Hook up to sewer line. Leak detection found discharge line for water softener was broken in wall. Reroute water softener. Line with new PVC 3/4" drain line to outside of garage. Tested power and found only 120 volts to starter box and 220 volts id requires to operate. Replaced bad starter now both boxes are working.

Ran 100' of 7/8 cable through c/o towards parking lot and cleared stoppage partially. Cable was binding. there are major problems with 6" PVC line.

Cabled through laundry waste line. Heavy scale build up in pipe. Unable to open line. Cabled through roof vent and broke through scale to open line. Pulled back lots of hair and lint. Camera in line showed very heavy scale on laundry branch line. Mainline has minor scale build up. Cut to install single handle chrome tub and shower valve, parts and labor, Delta unit in master bath.

Men's middle toilet needs extension on supply pipe and new wax ring. Women's left side toilet needs new flush valve and new wax ring. Took apart flush valve in women's bathroom. Had to saw off nuts to toilet base. Pulled toilet and reset with new wax ring, nuts, and bolts. Replaced gasket for sensor. Replaced diaphragm and vacuum breaker. Still leaks slowly because of hard threads. Needs to be replaced. (flush valve)

Took apart flush valve in men's bathroom. Pulled toilet and reset toilet with new wax ring. Cannot reconnect flush valve because of supply pipe not stubbed out long enough. Laundry sewer stoppage. Ran cable from cleanout on outside wall behind utility room. Ran cable out about 60' clearing stoppage. Then did several drainage tests.

Cable main sewer via roof vent. Pulled back tampons. Camera main sewer line via roof vent. camera 70 feet. No problems. Cable shower drain via floor drain. Unable to open line. Use Harban water pressure jetter to clear trap of debris. Hydro scrub bar glass 3 compartment sink from indirect waste. Repaired drain line and water supply on hand sink in kitchen are replacing supply line and 3/8 coup with staves.

Cable mainline stoppage with General speedrooter 91 7/8" cable machine through outside cleanout to clear stoppage. Video inspection discovered line is bellied at 2 point of line. One approx. 15' second is approx. 7'. Also found excessive grease build up throughout length, requires immediate replacement of entire line to correct long term solution. If not addressed, problem will continue.

Cabled mainline stoppage with General speedrooter 91 7/8" cable machine through toilet flange by pulling toilet. Video inspection found no further problems and reset toilet.

Exposed leak in outside wall. Cut water line and made repair with CPVC and galvanized threaded 90 elbow. Turned on water and checked for leaks. Removed old lav. faucet and angle stops and replaced with new 2 handle lav. faucet and 2 quarter turn angle stops including new braided supply lines.

Inspected drain area and vents, draining ok at this time. Problem may be in rubber stoppers. Customer changing at this time as fa first step to eliminate problem. Broke open floor, accessed line. Disposed of old concrete. Cut out faulty section of 1/2" copper and replaced with new 1/2" rigid copper. Back filled hole. Compacted dirt and patched hole with concrete.

Mainline stoppage. Both bathrooms were holding water in tub/shower. Sewage had backed up into tub and shower, toilets full and nothing draining. Water had overflowed onto carpet. Cabled mainline and opened blockage. Ran a lot of water to rinse and sanitize. Ran camera and found no major problems although there was healthy scale build up in sewer line.

Cracked and broken vent behind kitchen sink. Cut out existing vent stack for laundry and kitchen, remove section of pipe from vent hub to roof top. Cut out existing tee fillings for laundry and kitchen sink. Replace cast vent stack with Sch 40 PVC as well as tie-ins from laundry and sink. Video inspected under floor mainline and revealed heavy scale. Recommend hydro scrub and cleanout installation.

Video and blockage found at 92'. Discovered 2nd cleanout near street and cabled downstream under street and pulled back very heavy root mess. Customer to contact city for under street repair.
